PRO ENTRY GARAGE DOORS

Coming home at 2am Saturday morning, our garage door broke down due to a worn out bracket on the left side of the door.
The double width door was tilted towards the left side, since the spring was only applying pressure on the right side. This bent the tracks, and made closing the door impossible.
I called Mohammed around 11am, and he arrived at our house in less than 30 minutes.
If there was ever a Michael Jordan of garage door repair, Mohammed is that guy. He comes in, assess the situation and immediately goes to work. First of all, he has ALL the necessary tools. Second, he knows what hes doing and is very methodical in his approach. Very efficient in his movement and no wasted effort. Third, he was engaging and was quick to answer questions. Never showed frustration and was complete focused and professional throughout the process.
Lastly, he wasnt up selling anything. He didnt ask me to upgrade to a better system or replace anything that didn't need replacing. Incredibly honest. I wish everyone was like Mohammed.

One end of the rail for our garage door opener came off the wall. Because of this, the garage door could only open/close manually. Mohamed fixed the problem. Realigned the automatic door opener rail and everything is working beautifully again. Thanks.
