Darrell at Pestko was the first to respond to my request for service. He texted as he was on route and showed up on time. He set up traps as he explained what he was doing and why. Darrell is extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions; he does a follow up in approximately six weeks time. His work ethic is superior and if I could give him a 10 out of five stars, I would. If all service people could be as good as Darrell, what a wonderful world it would be! I wholeheartedly recommend Darrell to take care of any pest concerns you may have- hes a gem!

in the summer i had carpenter bees and he was able to get rid of them
overall excellent service and very trustworthy!

I saw some material in my basement that I thought might be rat feces. Darrell came the next day and assured me that the little pile was not rat feces. Then he toured my basement and backyard and pronounced them free of rat signs. In addition, he gave some advice about cleaning up as well as reducing raccoon poop

I have a cockroach issue in the basement and Darrell came out promptly to work on it. Turns out it was a serious problem which will require further work.

He was very professional and patient in explaining what is going on. I very much appreciated it.
