Darrell from Pestko has been excellent from the beginning. He listens, ask questions, and actually seems to really like what he does.
My house is an older home in downtown Toronto. Darrell was carefully attentive to the details of my house, past experiences with mice and my understanding of how they might be getting in. He also gave great advice about where work could be done outside to stop them getting in. Darrell stayed in touch after his initial visit, and has been back twice already to check on the progress. At this point, it seems that the mice are gone! A great relief. I highly recommend Darrell!

Darrell arrived early, put out some bait traps around the house, but followup could have been better.

Amaizing service! We found a dead mice in our basement. Darrell responded to our request for help almost immediately. He investigated the possibility of potential infestation and suggested ways to substantially reduce / eliminate the chances of it completely. Darrell installed multiple bait stations in multiple suspicious areas around the house as well. He also walked us around the house and showed us potential mice entry points and suggested ways to reinforce them. We are very happy with his service and suggestions. We highly recommend his service to everyone.

We had very great service with Darrell. He was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process - he helped identify the problem and walked us through everything he had to do and shared a lot of information. Darrell was very responsive after I reached out about having ants in the condo. An appointment was scheduled right away and Darrel was very on time for the appointment. He is very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything in details on the treatment and what next steps are . I feel much better about the situation now ! Fingers crossed that the ants will be gone soon . I would highly recommend Darrell if you have similar issue.

We had a wasp nest in the house and urgently needed help. Darrel walked us through what could be done to help ASAP and then added in an urgent appointment and he came by to professionally address the problem. Were so thankful for his help.
