Was referred to Darrell At Pestko from a friend who had recently hired them to remove squirrels. We had an issue with some carpenter ants in my bedroom window sill. I called Darrell and he was able to schedule an appointment a 2 days later. He arrived a little early for the appointment which was nice, he was very polite and knowledgeable as he walked us through his process. He patiently answered all our questions. He took care of the issue with the ants in the window sill and sprayed the entire perimeter of the house. I asked him about another ant hill in the front yard and he took care of spraying that as well. Would highly recommend Darrell from Pestko and would hire him again to take care of any pests in the future.

Darrell is knowledgeable and a good communicator. By asking a few questions he was able to identify the type of wasp and booked an appointment in a few days. He texted before he came, was prompt, explained what he was going to do, the price and the type of product he planned to use. He also checked around the property for other possible concerns and gave us advice on how to proceed if we notice any evidence of rodents or hornet or wasp nests, etc. I would definitely call Darrell again if needed.

They had nested in the brick in the bay window and a few had found their way into my house. He told me about the type of chemical he was using and treated the area safely. Had squirrels in our soffit above garage and porch. Darrell took the time to check the inside attic and all around the house to find openings and then place a one way trap to allow the squirrels to get out but not in.

While inspecting he also noticed carpenter ants. Given we had noticed more ants around the house / on the walls and even some in the house this year we had him take care of those little pests too.

Darrell responded to our request to investigate noise in the attic and to determine the cause of it within minutes. He proved to be a very knowledgeable and very meticulous specialist. He carefully inspected not only the attic but basement, crawling space and other parts of the house where rodents may hide. He placed baits in multiple places. To make sure that he did not miss anything he inspected exterior perimeter of the house, providing useful advices along the way. We thought that he provided a very thorough service.
