JLL in one stop shop for all home renovation and construction needs. Lynn stays in contact and makes sure the client is totally satisfied. We were very satisfied on the time line and the quality of the project. Her team member JR worked very hard during the entire renovation and made sure the quality was top notch. There were some issues that happened during renovation , but Lynn and JR were quick to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We have received plenty of positive comments for the superb finish.

Our backyard was old and had large slab stones and parts with grass and some sections with large rocks. We also have a pool.
Lynn and team came in with a plan. Explained to us in detail what would be done. They wanted to make sure its done right and would work on it to make sure it's as agreed and satisfactory.
They also had a very tight deadline and finished the project on time as agreed.
Overall the experience was very great and we are happy with the work and a great new backyard.

Lynn connected with me through hometsar and was very prompt and friendly in making sure my request was handled in a very professional way. Also her guys were here as agreed on scheduled time and made sure the job was done perfectly & also cleaned after the job was done. Lynn was the most reasonable when it comes to the quote. We also later needed our basement painted and while the first contractor didn't pull through, Lynn came herself to check the work and made sure it was done right. She definitely pulls through to ensure the customer is happy.

When I decided it was time to replace my aging backyard fence, I sought out bids from multiple contractors. Lynn's bid from JJL was significantly lower than the other places that got back to me. As an added bonus, the team she sent to do the job was able to get to work quickly (within a week). They were professional and no-nonsense. Took them just two days to remove the old fence and build a new one. The quality is good.

Initially, I was hoping to replace existing lawn with new sod but I ended up receiving a free consultation instead. Lynn made suggestions on how I can improve my lawn with materials that I can purchase on my own.

James and Lynn are incredible, they provided awesome services and my backyard looks gorgeous now! Highly recommended to everyone!
