Fantastic customer service and quality work to replace my roof after the May 2022 derecho. There was a very quick turnaround on all communications and Vidan gave me updates consistently from the time of the quote through to day 1 of the job. All of the crew were professional and friendly.

I could not be more pleased and relieved to have a proper roof again after living with tarps for 3 months.

Mother Nature was unkind to my roof due to the derecho on May 21/22 and I had to source a roofing contractor to replace my shingles. Being relatively new to the community Vidan Roofing was recommended to me by neighbours and they did not disappoint. The owner was very hands-on and extremely responsive to insurance needs as well as any questions and concerns. The crew worked very hard, were professional and respectful while removing the old shingles and replacing them within 2 July hot days. I highly recommend them!

I originally thought we had a roof leak, but when Danny came and assessed the issue, he was able to source the leak to the metal flashing around my chimney, turns out the flashing wasn't properly done from the last owner contractor,
he repaired what needed to happen and saved me boat loads of money for the actual cause, i couldn't be happier with his professionalism and his attention to detail,

Good communication, received estimate in timely manner, couple of days delay due to weather but kept abreast of the situation. had to have some structural work as well as shingling done. Very good work and completed the job in one day. No mess to clean up, they looked after it all. Would highly recommend.
