Berry is nice person, very humble ,polite and knowledgeable. He is honest guy who's approach is to help the customer first. There were time as naive, we would have ask him silly questions. But for all those questions he responded paitently and with smile.

There was an issue with the product which he and us were not aware. However, he made up a point to educate us and took back product for the correct one. Honestly, of he would not have informed us we would never know.

With Honesty and best efforts he have helped us with requirement and installation.

Modern Window Fashion is the only place I will go to for my window coverings. Barry (Barrington) and Ivy were referred to me by another happy customer and I was so glad that I chose them for two different projects since their work was excellent.

What I appreciate about Barry's workmanship is that the takes the time to ask questions that others did not. For example, when I wanted to install shutters on my patio doors, he asked how I wanted them to open (left or right) and then also ensured they were aligned with the windows so that it was one contiguous site line. Little details like this are what makes them a great professional to partner with. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Expert service from start to finish
Barry of Modern Window Fashion gave us excellent service from start to finish. We had 12 windows that had lost their seals and were fogging up. Barry promptly responded to my request on HomeStars and came to measure the windows the next day. He worked around our schedule to order/replace the windows and even found a custom piece to match the unique colour of the window grilles on a couple windows. Barry is knowledgable; responsive to text, email, phone; personable; thorough in his work (he carefully cleaned each window before setting it); careful to keep our home clean and reset furnishings; and quick (did the job in under 7 hours). I definitely recommend him.
