I start to know wendy last year, she talked professional and helped me a lot, gave useful information and advice, even when I signed contract with a general contractor. She still contact me as a friend, told me news about ordering material. Unfortunately, my previous contractor didnt do a good job, left a lot mess, I had to go back asked wendy to help for my framing, lucky wendy and her team work and solve my problem in a professional manner.

I was doing my research when looking for a roofing company to install a new metal roof. After reading countless positive customer reviews, I contacted JP Lucky Construction and Roofing and spoke with Wendy.she was amazing! She immediately took charge and was always accessible when my father and I had any concerns with regards to the project, pricing, warrantyetc. Jackie and his team were punctual and extremely hard working. they completed the project within the expected timeframe.

JP Lucky did my project for new house construction foundation & framing this year. Wendy not only helped me during the design stage but also gave me a good deal on this project. During the construction, she always immediately responded to my questions and requests. Johnson, the leader of the framing construction, is very pleasant to work with. His skills and over 30 years of experience contribute a lot to the success of the framing work. He is also very patient in listening to my suggestions and initiative to present his proposals. Even though some of his proposals result in additional work, they never ask for any extra payment. Thanks are not enough to express my appreciation to them. May JP Lucky be lucky all the way to its success!

Quoted job used less material than quote reduced price to accommodate only product used. Great service quick and cleaned up would definately refer this company.

When it comes to excavation and demolition, I've never seen a company so efficient in their work. They were in and out. Wendy and her team are easy to work with and know what they are doing when it comes to construction demolition and excavating. Would recommend to anyone in need of this type of work to give Jplucky and their team a try for headache free efficient work.

So impressed with JP Lucky Construction and Roofing. They replaced our roof in June of 2022. Their price was competitive, their products were superior and their customer service was outstanding. We were kept apprised at every stage of the project - communication and responsiveness were A++. The roofers were exceptionally hard working, taking few breaks and arriving daily as committed. I would unequivocally recommend this company for roofing and building requirements.

Awesome customer service. You may find a few dollars cheaper, but honestly, the time that I saved because I didn't have to chase them is priceless. Wendy and her team were extremely responsive and precise. They send their team to visit and gave a free quote the next day. We had a bad leak their team was able to accommodate our urgent request. These guys are professional, reliable and reasonable price. I had them did my roof, soffit, gutters and fascia. They kept their commitment and completed the work promptly. Always very courteous and respectful. The clean-up after the job was impressive. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I hired the Jp Lucky Construction to frame my new garage!!! The team was on time, which is difficult to find nowadays. They stayed on budget and did not charge me a penny more than what they quoted. The Quality of the framing was impeccable, they're definitely an experienced team. Each member of the team was professional and they answered any and all questions.
