My drain hose detached on my dishwasher and Vivek was in good communication, arrived on time and solved the issue quickly and efficiently. It was clear that he knew what he was doing and had experience. Polite which was a plus.

Vivek was swift to respond, quick to arrive and thorough in his work in finding the issue with our dishwasher. Would definitely hire him again. He charged $80 for assessment, $100 for labor and $70 for parts, which he had on hand.

He came by and diagnosed the problem as a broken heater element. He ordered the part, which came within a couple days, and then came back to repair the dishwasher. Very happy with his service.
