Roman responded to my service request within a half hour of when I made it. He was available on the day and time best suited to my needs. He gave me clear information regarding firm costs and possible costs. He alerted me when he was a half hour away, and arrived when he said he would. He solved the problem with our washing machine, did not suggest we spend money that we didn't immediately need to, but provided us with the information we needed regarding repairs / maintenance that would likely be needed at a future date. He was friendly and professional, neat and tidy. I'll be sure to call him again when I need an appliance repair, and will recommend him to my friends and neighbours.

I was working for long hours, told Roman that I will pay him later after few hours. He was really rude in his text as my payment was a few hours in delayed . I hope that he sees that he burns bridges with clients to come back to him because of his attitude

Unit for automatic ice maker was broken and leaking water all over. Roman was not able to complete the repair on his first visit but was able to get the defective unit up on my counter so it drained into a bucket. I could monitor this much easier than behind the frig on the floor. Able to complete the job by the end of the week.

TLDR; Roman is prompt, honest, and knows his stuff. I wish the rest of the repair industry was like him. Hope he takes on some apprentices so there will be more like him.

Our refrigerator had been pooling water for a few months, so we called Roman to come have a quick look. Roman responded that night and came by the next day even though it wasn't that urgent.

Was totally expecting something would have to be replaced, but he quickly took a look at it, and said the drain just needed a steam cleaning. He ran back to his truck, grabbed a steamer and unclogged everything in about 3 minutes. He even told us common problems to expect with the refrigerator and how to fix them ourselves so we wouldn't have to call him. It was just $69 for the service call - which was more than worth it.

I hope Roman can build out his brand and team, his way of working and manners would be totally worth at least $90/$100 for a service call by him.

According to tenant, washer door was locked with wet clothes inside. Roman was able to come the next day-found the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend Green Star Appliance Repair.

My stacked Whirlpool washer wasn't draining and I was worried the pump was broken. I found and removed a mask trapped in the filter but the machine still didn't work or sound right. Roman quickly found and fixed the problem - a sock trapped under the drum. He was very straightforward and did not try to overcharge me or convince me that I needed expensive replacement parts. Great service and I would hire him again.

One other thing, I was told by another company that a lot of them won't repair stacked washer/dryers, but Roman assured me it wasn't an issue. Thank you! I'm so glad to have my washer working again!
