PJ11 Construction

I hired PJ11 Construction for a small project then I end up expending the job to much more. I did my modern bathroom, a very unique one because I wanted an Ibiza style with Venetian style stucco on the walls and much more unique things, Regardless al that Jani did an amazing job. Thank you to Jani and his team for always being punctual and delivering the best possible job. I will definitely hire them again

We hired Jani and his team in June 2022 to do concrete stairs for our front door. They build the wooden frame to pour the concrete and left nails sticking out all over, the sharp side out to be specific. This was left like this for two weeks almost. I have a 4 year old and couldnt let him off my side in fear hed get stabbed by the many nails.
Once the job was finished the stairs looked terrible immediately. August 2022 cracks started to appear under the stairs. We reached out to Jani for a repair job, and after telling us many many times he would come and take a look, he shockingly never showed up.
His staff also made 5 huge holes in our brand new stucco because they didnt care while working with a shovel. Didnt bother protecting my front door or windows next to it and concrete splashed all over the door and the new stucco. I cant explain how awful this company is.
The stairs are looking worse month after month. February 2023 and the stairs are now chipping away. 5 months after spending $14000 I now have to get quotes for a patch job. The contractors that I have reached out to now have all stated these stairs will need to be patched yearly as they are poor quality.

I will be happy to make changes to this review if Jani ever does show up to make this right after being paid $14000 for this amateur job.
March 29,2023- I have emailed and texted Jani with no reply back. The stairs are starting to shed the whole top layer. I hope everyone learns from my mistakes and uses another company. These are my stairs after 1 winter.

My garage is being reconstructed next year and I required a partial demolition done before the winter hit. PJ11 was able to mobilize in just a few days and complete the work quicker than what they originally estimated. Crew was friendly, clean, and very efficient. They also kept in constant contact with me if they had any issues or if any questions arose. Very satisfied with the service they provided and would definitely recommend!

Jani and Marian are awesome! Upgraded my ugly steel air vents to Aria vents (retrofit), ran an hdmi cable in the ceiling for a projector and installed a Tesla wall charger in my garage. They did a great job on everything. There were some issues with the paint not matching because of possibly mixed paint being used on my ceilings originally but they assured me they can fix it and they delivered. They painstakingly matched the colour as close as possible through several trials and nailed it. Theyre magicians!

Also, we had an unfortunate incident where the first HDMI cable was faulty. The wire was in and the ceiling sealed up. Doh! They helped redo the job and didn't ask for extras. Stand up guys! Everything looks great! Huge thanks!

Jani sanded and repainted a wall of mine that had uneven texture and surface... He was also the only person to easily fix/restain a suspicious white stain on my brown hardwood floor.

Great Service, Very happy with all their services. I am going to use them again!
