Adam Window & Gutter Cleaning Services & Repair

I requested a Window Cleaning quote on the Homestars platform and Bilan from Adam's was the first to call. He provided a very competitive quote for both inside and out along with window track cleaning and cleaning of window screens. He had a friendly and trusting demeanor. He showed up promptly at the appointed time. While cleaning he pointed out window issues, like scratches and staining and offered solutions. He asked me to point out any issues I saw after cleaning to ensure I was happy. His work was thorough and very good. I have a stucco exterior and asked him to be careful with his ladders not to damage the stucco and he took great care to ensure no damage was done to the stucco. Overall I was very satisfied with his work and will certainly be using him again and referring him to my neighbours.

We chose Adam's window cleaning based on the reviews from Homestars. Bilal came out to give us a quote and he wasn't the cheapest option but he wasn't the most expensive either. We decided to go with him based on his friendly personality and his honesty. On the morning of the job, Bilal arrived on time and got all our windows cleaned quickly but efficiently.
A few days later we realized a small spot was missed on one of the window. I messaged him to let him know and he came back out and cleaned the window again without any problems.
After care service is important to us, and Bilal was very accommodating. My parents now also booked him to do their windows as well.

Bilal was really easy to deal with, a few text messages and I was all set for my gutters to be cleaned. My job was small so he was able to fit me into his schedule in just 1 day. He was fast and clean with the servicing and he sent photos before and after to show the results. I will definitely have him back for my gutters and windows for annual cleaning.

A piece of aluminum trim was hanging from the house. Bilal quickly came and made emergency temporary repair, and returned a few days later to clean the eavetroughs, washed them and the fascia and make a few other minor repairs. He texted after photos of his work as it progressed so that I could see that work was done to a high standard. He was professional and courteous. Much appreciated.

Had the gutters cleaned by Bilal yesterday and the amount of dirt that was taken up was amazing! He sent me pictures of the before clean however it would have been nice to get the pictures after cleaning. Bilal was on time and professional.
