I worked with Shane to replace the hot water tank and the heating+cooling system.
The installation team was extremely professional, meticulous and clean. Mas Air team answered all my questions patiently and educated me about the existing infrastructure as well as the new installation. Even reminds me the time to replace filter. The team understood my needs very well and was able to fit the system in a small space.

Work with Norman at MAS. Norman provided a detailed quote and pictures showing the work that needed to be done and completed. Added insuation to bring attic up to R80. We also did work to to seal the bathroom air vents and added batts to help deaden exterior noise into the house. Work done well, on schedule, and as agreed.

The finished project quality is excellent. They streamlined and cleaned up a whole mess of pipes and connections that they didn't really need to. This resulted in a clean install and opened up a lot of space in the mechanical room. They were also eager and happy to help us with a few other minor things related to HVAC and fireplace.
