I hired RJD for my first floor home Reno. Very knowledgeable, precise, caring, and efficient. The owner went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work done. All quality materials were used. I was able to put complete trust in the owner and the result was a job well done. We hired Rommel from RJD Renovations to update our primary bathroom. We are very happy with the finished product. He stuck to the budget and gave an accurate timeline. He was also accommodating for any adjustments we requested.

We love our curbless shower. He levelled our bathroom floor before installing the heated floor using the Schluter system. He is very meticulous and has very good attention to detail. It shows with his tile work. His truck and tools were more organized than I've ever seen. I should also mention that he was particular at keeping the work area clean and protecting our existing finishes on the walls & floors during his work.

We also had Rommel upgrade our laundry room/mudroom. We had the entry closet, upper cabinets, flooring, laundry sink and laundry machines removed. Darin and Rommel helped us lay new flooring, layout new cabinets with quartz countertop and sink and install a new LG stacked washer & dryer. Again, all done with great craftmanship.

While looking for companies to renovate my ensuite and upstairs bathroom, I stumbled upon RJD Renovations on HomeStars.

After it's all said and done, I am completely satisfied and happy that I hired Rommel. He exceeded my expectations with his attention to detail, the quality of his work and his sound recommendations. I definitely felt like he gave that 5 star service by adding a touch of personal care every time he came in to work with the final details and touch ups to the tasks he would complete.

By providing consistent communication and transparency, he was able to set my expectations with realistic timelines. Whenever there were any speedbumps, he would advise of any changes and still kept me in the loop to make sure we were on the same page.

His quotes are comparable to other companies and he provided a reasonable payment schedule for me to work with. He followed through with his estimated timeline of completing both bathrooms.

Fantastic job by Rommel and his team on our recent renovations. We hired RJD to redo our powder room, front foyer and replace all the interior doors. This included a great barn door! Rommel is a perfectionist and will take his time to redo task if he thinks it’s the right thing to do. He doesn’t cut corners and communicates very well with the home owner. We are already planning our next renovation with RJD. Definitely recommend hiring RJD for your next project.

Despite pandemic pressures, he took initiative to maintain great communication and planned ahead. His attention to detail was impressive.
