Asteri construction is a very reliable company. Unlike many contractors we have worked with in the past, they’re trusted and they deliver as promised. They work in a timely fashion and are very organized in the job site. They’ve always showed up on time and very reachable even after the project was done. I would highly recommend them. When I filled out the questions on HomeStars for the job I required in my condo, I was extremely lucky that Emiljano reached out to me! He was very kind and personable and although those are not requirements people tend to look for in a contractor, it definitely reassured me and made the process much smoother. I was able to ask him questions about procedures, products, timing, etc. and he was very thorough in answering all of my questions (and believe me, I asked a lot because we had a terrible experience with contractors in our previous home). His prices were also very reasonable compared to some other contractors, which is a huge bonus! And his crew was just as great! Very, very nice and funny guys who did an absolutely stellar job! My husband and I are truly blown away by the work they have done for us. We are perfectionists and they made sure we were always pleased. They redid the tiles in our bathroom showers (one tub, one standing) and floors, soundproofed, waterproofed, and the whole nine yards! They also used products at higher standards/quality than were required by our condo board. And because we live in a condo, it was important that they respected the condo rules with regards to the time they could work. On top of the great work, they were punctual, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Asteri Construction Inc. to anyone who needs work done! 10/10!!! P.S. We are still doing some work in the bathrooms so there is still some mess, but I will post new pictures when everything is done!

We hired Emiliano and his team to drywall & retile 2 rows of 1 foot x 1 foot tiles around our bathtub, which had to be replaced due to a crack, causing water to leak into the basement. One of our main concerns was to match the old work (we had some tiles left from before) with the new, while adding in accent tiles, since we didn't have enough of the old tiles.

Emiliano and his team worked very hard, & took great pride in their work. Although they were not redoing all the tile work, they, like us, wanted to ensure that the new work matched the old, as best possible. They paid great attention to detail, & the end result is fantastic! No one would ever know that the whole tiling job was not done at once. In fact, the bathtub area looks upgraded now, compared to how it was before we had the issue. We're so happy with the outcome!

Asteri's pricing was also very reasonable, and we would recommend them without hesitation. We will call them again if we need more work done.

Emijano and his team were recommended to me, they did my kitchen floor and backsplash earlier this year. They came back for a further job tiling floor and walls of my bathroom and foyer. I am about to get them back for a third job. Can highly recommend their workmanship, professionalism, tidy clean up. I'm a truly satisfied customer, and have recommended them to at least 3 other people.

So happy to have met Asteri Construction. Emiljano was great, very communicative, and always kept his word. We started off with the bathroom remodels and quickly hired them to complete the hardwood install, kitchen backsplash, replastering/popcorn ceiling removal and a few other things needed around the house. Asteri's prices were competive and the work was done quickly and very professional. I will not hesitate to call him for any other renovation needs in the future.

Emiliano and his team were punctual, professional, friendly and the entire job was done on budget. They covered all the furniture (including the light fixtures) prior to beginning their day to cleaning at the end of their day. We live in a condo so the hours they were allowed to work were limited to 9:00 - 5:00 and they stayed within those hours everyday.
