My huge, upright freezer stopped working, for no apparent reason. I priced out a new one at $1300. I called a highly rated repair company through Home Stars And was ghosted, despite an appointment being set up. I took a chance on Best Appliance. The consultation fee would be waived if the repair was done by them. I had nothing to lose. Eric came in the timeframe he stated, giving me a 20 minutes heads up. Within minutes it was diagnosed as a faulty thermostat. He was back the next day, again, in the proper time frame, and with a 20 minutes heads up. The new thermostat was installed in minutes. Would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair. Just wish Id called them first instead of the loser company that ghosted me.

Great professional service. This is a great family business. They fixed the issue and cleaned up pretty good! I was working as they worked so they would text me updates. They even secured the dishwasher with a bolt (it was really lose before). It feels great now.

The next day I noticed that a bracket fell off the top tray but I just put it back on with some crazy glue. I dont think it had much to do with the repair job.

The dryer stopped heating. Turns out the heating element and fuse needed to be replaced. The service was prompt and the repairs completed right away.

Eric and his team were prompt, communicative and got the job done efficiently. They even went above and beyond to suggest cheaper replacement wheels on Amazon instead of suggesting more expensive ones through a supplier. Felt pricing was very fair.

My dryer wouldn't turn on. Eric reset the spin on the drum, and got it to work again. He told me what the problem was and that he would send me a quote if the problem reoccurred. I showed him three other projects and he talked me through them, explained what I needed for bathroom fan repair and that I could call him to install when I was ready, and installed a screen on my balcony door - way above and beyond the original call. He put on surgical room booties in my place to make sure no dirt was tracked in. Great at explaining things simply and very helpful.
