This is the second time that we have used Matt. He comes and does what needs to be done in a professional and efficient manner. Shows you videos of the before and after and offers you sound advise and recommendations. Another plus with using Matt, you do not have to worry about those annoying telemarking calls from duct cleaning companies.

I had one of their guys come to my house to clean the ducts and dryer vents. He showed me a before and after photos of the ducts to prove their were sufficiently cleaned. He also effectively communicated blockages and issues with my ducts/vents, and he offered his professional opinions about how to fix them

Matt came as scheduled and completed duct cleaning in my house ( 4 floors of living space). He was very professional and thorough and explained important information about my furnace and fan settings. I will call him again when needed. Great service!

Service and value are hard things to find these days, and that is especially true when it comes to home services. I have to say, I Matthew delivered both value, service and more. He completed a thorough job, and the neatest duct cleaning job I've seen. No mess was blown out of the registers and left around after the work was done. He answered all my questions patiently. Showed me the before and after to inspire confidence the job was done well. And as a final bonus, went out of his way to provide a minor quick fix and tape a damper control in the HVAC system open. One that had been perpetually shut, and that no other HVAC specialist or former duct cleaning service had noticed was the case. Our house actually has full heat and air flow to the entire thing for the first time since we bought it 8 years ago. Great job Matthew! We'll definitely call you next time we need to.

Matthew came over on short notice to help perform a duct cleaning service after a renovation. He was quick, clean and courteous. He took videos and photos of before and after photos and even gave tips to keeping the furnace running efficiently. Highly recommend!
