This company replaced my gutters in early March. When they were finished there was one little piece that was cut short I had a discussion with the installers and they told me they would get a new piece and come back and replace it. After the first rain I noticed a drip over the patio door and discuss this with them on serval occasions over the last 3 months. They still haven't returned to correct these problems. Fare warning to anyone using them if you see a problem hold back money until the problems are corrected or you will never see them again.

Boy, do I feel tricked by the Homestars positive reviews. Simon was a pleasant and a reassuring salesman, however the work was not as expected. Downspouts put in the wrong locations, drill holes in the bricks that were unnecessary. The grounds littered with snipped gutter pieces, nails, bolts, shingles. One of the downspouts does not work at all, water fills up the gutter and splashes water every where. Simon was notified of the issue weeks ago without follow up. I will call another company who I know I can trust. Update: I had another company repair BK Roofing mistakes today. As I expected the nonfunctioning downspout was due to No Hole cut in the gutter! Completely incompetent! Further, the drop outlets were attached on the outside of the gutter instead of the inside of the gutter. What a mess. I wish I had taken a video of the water rushing out as a hole was made for the non functioning downspout! This company is offering to make an official report if I wish to take action with BK Roofing. Dealt with Simon, east, efficient and fast. They arrived, worked hard and left a perfect and left everything clean. Leaf guards and eavestroughs installed. Fantastic price, job and Im thrilled !! Highly recommend.

Excellent job from start to finish. Worked with Terry to specify job requirements, then Jackie & Simon & team put it all into place. A pleasure working with these folks, and the results were exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Jackie came the next day to repair a loose fascia on our homes roof. He is reasonably priced and did a great job.
