We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Michael and his team on our full basement reno project! The project included full basement and laundry room reconstruction and the results exceeded all our expectations! The new space was meant for business purposes so it was very important for it to be done certain way and the designer worked with us on every detail. It’s not our first renovation by far but this is literally the first time when everything we were promised during the sale pitch was delivered: from meeting every deadline in the schedule to setting everything perfectly to the last knob. I can’t stress enough how detail oriented and professional Michael and his team are, not only they kept a keen eye on every step of the progress but we also felt encouraged to share even the slightest concern or requests to make sure the job was done perfectly. I was hesitant in hiring a contractor without seeing their work, but they had a handful of positive reviews on their website and after speaking with Michael I found him to be very professional so I rolled the dice. I could not have been happier with the service. We just moved into a older home and needed the following done: 1. Remodelled the master bedroom ensuite 2. Finished the basement. Michael and his team was incredibly courteous and worked at an efficient rate and all the remodelling came out better than expected. I will definitely call on this business again for any future needs.

We asked quotes from 4 different contractors. Honestly Level Up Group is not the lowest prices for our basement but they guaranteed to us that price will not go up not unless we want to do up grade from the original plan.
