Thierry and his crew were friendly and punctual upon arriving to the job. They kept me informed of all the steps along the way, and they kept the job site clean (as much as possible) and safe.

Terry and his team were sub-contracted to gut and remove the roof on the back of our home for an addition. Both Terry and his crew were very polite, friendly, hard working and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

When we decided to renovate our 17 year old kitchen plus three bathrooms, we went with a General Contractor (Magnolia Construction). They brought in Ottawa Demolition and Removals for the demolition (note: since Magnolia hired and paid we are not able to provide costing for this particular job).

We are exceedingly happy with that decision. Thierry and his team were so professional, courteous, and accommodating. Everything was well explained beforehand so there were clear expectations; any problems or questions encountered were likewise dealt with openly and directly. The work was done quickly and efficiently and most importantly, respectfully. Taking a great deal of care to safeguard our home and contain the mess, they left everything pretty much spotless when they were done.

I used the service of Ottawa demolition this week to demo and remove a chimney, as well as demo the kitchen, main bath and parts of the basement in a 1960 house I just bought. Thierry was an excellent communicator, visited the house while I was away to determine if removing the chimney is doable, provided a fair quote which he respected when he invoiced me at the end of the project. The work the team did was excellent, they cleaned up the mess and treated the house gently despite the tons of brick and concrete. I highly recommend this company. Working with Thierry has been a very pleasant and stress-free experience.
