Thanks to Charnbumn from Permit Works, we came up with the perfect design for my unfinished basement which is huge. The whole process was smooth and Charnbumn was super responsive and patient with my questions and making changes on the design going through several rounds until I was 100% satisfied with the floor-plan and all the details.
