Bianca was responsive and provided a good level of overall cleaning. I was originally anticipating less time to be taken for the clean but she took extra time to clean some problem areas.

Bianca did an awesome job of cleaning the carpet and then cleaning up after she was finished. I would definately recommend her work as the carpet looked great after she was done. Thanks again, Gerry
