Six Sigma Solutions

I hired this companyò to repair and install drywall in my living room. I gave a deposit to start the job and due to covid at that time was unable to start and when it was ok to start the project no one showed up , after several days and calls ,still no show , at that point I canceled the project and asked for my deposit back, I received half of my deposit and says he will send back the other half when he gets refund for materials he had purchased and then he stopped taking my calls and I never got full refund back. Do not hire this guy , you will regret your decision.

- Poor Communication & schedule notification
- lack of on site supervision
- I thought I hired a company but they have zero ability to clean up after them selves.

After multiple issues from leaving Blades all over my driveway to lack of Disposal and Debris responsibility & removal.

This company is highly amateurish. Fired 4th day on the job site. Paid $8557.00 for seriously the most chaotic reno I've ever encountered in my 15 years of doing this. Also it was not completed.

To many safety concerns like toddlers running around my house like it was a day care. Picking up material and swinging it like a samurai. Exposed live wires?

This guy is not General contractor and only shows up or contacts you for payment strictly middle manning the transaction.

Pathetic company and completely unprofessional.

I would highly recommend avoid using him for any of your renovation needs.

He should actually be refunding me money for this whole ordeal. But becazue he has zero integrity as a professional. I doubt that will ever be the case.

Also I don't have any functional bathrooms . Completely incompetent. Do not even consider these amateurs.

Just to add to this review because owner says there was communication and he doesn't know what I'm talking about let's add a little more content for my ordeal.

I'm not here ripping ppl off. I'm here paying ppl to ensure they abide by their words and promises.

This company has zero concept of what the looks like.

I havenever heard him apologize once for all the mishaps.

Not the type of individual you wanna deal with that thinks he is never in the wrong.

I understand that things happen and mistakes happen.

What I can't accept is when it's brought up. Its a non issue and avoided swept under the rug.

I sent you the money because there is a portion of your team that deserve the money and I hope you paid them because when I asked for them to pick up the tools they seem to think I was paying you guys anything.

So when I told him what I paid you. His exact response was ..... "oh really " lol

I dont even go this hard ever on reviews but I'm making sure ppl see your past clients experiences.

P.s your guys only showed up 3.5 days lol you told me it would be done in 4 days like your reply indicates.

So why is my bathroom not done Like the promise you made me ? Because your promises aren't very credible hence you were terminated.

They charged me 1300 or something for breaking down a wall. This included clearing out the garbage as well.

However, no one ever showed up to clear the plaster garbage and I had to clear it myself. Called Ivan multiple times but he stopped picking up my phone. Texted him Multiple times but it was always "we'll clear it next weekend".

The crew also will show up when they had time. There were days when no one showed up and the company's excuse was that this is a new team which they haven't worked with. You will talk with Ivan most of the time and there's always an excuse for why something happened.

I wouldn't waste my time with their service.

Great kitchen since the beginning Ivan and his team are very professional and knowledgeable, happy to work with them.

Sss is a great company and honest. They have a great quality and communication is excellent.

I had an excellent experience with Six Sigma Solution. They helped me with my kitchen cleaning as well as the backyard. They were very punctual and efficient, they went above and beyond and I was very satisfied.

All staff is so professional, they did a great job in my place, I will hire them to take care my office for sure. I totally recommend this company!!!!!!
