John and his team did an excellent job on my fire door installation. They door blends sleepless with the my other doors at the house. John is accurate, prompt, easy to talk to, caring, attentive and honest. Everything you can ask for in a GC. Highly recommend his services!

We've had John do some work for us for multiple projects and eveytime he made our vision come to life ! Dealing with John and his dad Louis makes the process so easy. He would always let us know step by step of what he's doing and made sure we knew about the progress he was making. One thing I really appreciated when John was when removing carpets, installing flooring or building our custom staircase at every project he would never leave a mess and made sure to always clean up and organize before he would end his day. We would definitely recommend The Blanas Group to family and friends especially if they are looking for trustworthy and professional workers.

I wanted to remove a wall in my home and was price shopping. Most people I spoke with would give me crazy numbers and how complex it would be but not Johan. He was honest and straight forward. Out of everyone he gave me the best price and he did the cleanest job I have seen out of anyone I have ever hired.

The Blanas group did a great job on our kitchen Reno, bathroom vanities and light fixture changes. They were always reachable and willing to work on things as they came up. We bought a vanity that didn’t fit our new sink and They worked on modifying/customizing the vanity to work with the sink and still giving me the storage space I wanted. great work!

John and his father were a pleasure to work with over the past 8 years. I have worked on 4 house renovations with him over this time, along with minor renovations (office bathroom, etc). These were entire house renovations under permits, involving plumbing, electrical, etc. John focused on the structural and finishing trimwork. His work was detailed and entirely outstanding. He always passed inspections without issues. John is so personable and trustworthy. He will be doing my ground level walk out in the next few months and I truly look forward to working with him. His guidance as to the subtrades (I hired mostly) was invaluable. He worked well with them in coordinating the project. He worked diligently everyday and I never felt he was sacrificing my project to do other work (as I have in the past with other trades). I only worry that it will be harder to book him for my jobs once other people realize how wonderful he is!

The Blanas Group worked on our kitchen and completely transformed it from night to day. They worked nonstop making sure everything was just perfect and all along they were such a treat to have around as they are even more incredible people, like family. It always felt like waking up to a fun party with them and then on top of that, to see the kitchen completely change was magical to watch.
