when we came across easy2gomovers on Facebook we were abit nervous because this was our first time using movers for a move. We are so glad we came across them, an exceptional team that was professional, polite, very punctual with their time and went above and beyond on what they really needed to do. so impressed with their professional service we will for sure use them again, and definitely recommend as a top choice mover!

Bad experience with this company. The movers arrived late, took over 45 mins to come up with a “game plan” before they even started the job, all the while I’m being billed. Part of the move was ok, however, THEY DID NOT FINISH THE JOB. The movers refused to go back to collect the rest of my belongings/property as they were “tired” and “wanted to go home” - it wasn’t even 6pm at this point. This caused us so much stress with the new homeowner threatening to keep my stuff, or sue me for breach of contract. My husband ended up having to rent a budget truck the next day, spending more money and time to get the rest of our stuff. Completely uncalled for.
The movers also didn’t give a crap about any labels on boxes as my stuff was PERFECTLY LABELLED, and yet nothing was where it was suppose to go. I spent 2 days bringing stuff up from the basement that was meant for the 2nd flr(etc). Also, none of my furniture was put back together and my box springs for my beds were not wrapped (even though I bought bags for them and gave them to the movers) they are now all black and dirty from the truck
The biggest kicker in this, the day after our terrible experience, someone from the company sent us a text saying that things were miscalculated and WE OWED THEM $100, and to please etransfer ASAP. I almost fell over. Completely ridiculous.
I treated the movers very well, provided snacks and bottled water ( big mistake as they left wrappers all over the floor in my old home, which had to be cleaned up) and we also tipped them very well ($50 each)
Moving is extremely stressful on it’s own. I thought I did my homework and chose the right guys for the job and I was wrong.
I would 100% not recommend this company.

It is a good company movers. The workers were reliable respectful & cautious movers. I would refer.

From our initial inquiry to the final "how was everything" call, we experienced nothing but outstanding service. Pricing was exactly as discussed and the two young lads who did the work did it professionally and without any incidents.

We hired Easy2go movers for our recent home move (4bdr home). The team was very professional and efficient and quick to problem solve (when our treadmill got stuck). Highly recommend them.

The guys from Easy2gomovers are Amazing. They are very friendly , courteous and fast . Mike told us as soon as he saw us to relax and enjoy the experience. He was right it was a great experience. Mike , Eric , colin and the other guys were fantastic. I was very happy with the service. I cannot tell how happy we are with Easy2go and the cost was extremely fair . My rating 10 +++

Had high hopes after a great initial conversation with this company leading me to book with them, over numerous others. But on moving day I was disappointed with the movers starting the day by showing up two hours late. They ended up taking hours longer than anticipated (leading to my homebuyers arriving with their keys and sitting outside for over two additional hours). I had reserved 8 wardrobe boxes (as that service is included) but they showed up 4 short and I had to throw all my dresses and suits in a regular box as a result. They had to make a second trip (my moving day lasted until almost 10pm, and my home was not large), and they forgot an item at my original home I had to go pick up the net week myself. But the worst part is the damage- so far we have found five pieces of furniture have been significantly and obviously damaged; theee of which were expensive wooden pieces. On top of that, they left a huge gash in my old home’s wood floors that I had to pay out of pocket to be fixed as the buyers were furious. It took me over a month to hear back about any sort of resolution and all I was given was a measly $150 back (less than the cost to repair the floors, never mind all the damaged furniture). Extremely disappointed and I strongly recommend against using this company.
