Urban Siding

Had some siding replaced after some damage we experienced during a wind storm. We got a prompt response to our initial inquiry, a quick quote to get the work done, and the work done within days of our agreement to the quote. They marched our siding exactly and it looks great!

Not only that but they also pointed out an accidental duplicate payment that I made for the work.

After being affected by the June hailstorm, we were in need of a full replacement of siding. After some research I came across urban siding. When I made the initial call, Karla was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Our insurance claim was a headache but all the while Karla kept in touch and made sure that we were taken care of. Antonio was very knowledgeable and thorough when he came to do the measure. From start to finish we were so happy with the pricing, communication, and the workmanship! The finished look is absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend Urban west homes Ltd.

Stay away from this company!
They asked me to send them the pics of the damage of the siding, they said they can fix it and cost is $350 +material. I even asked if they need to come to take look, the guy said he has been looking at the pics for a while, he is very confident to fix it, there is no need to come.
He said he will be there between 10-12, and he actually arrived at 13:00pm, and spend one minute to take a look of the damage, said this is going to be $500+ material, if I don't go with it, they will charge me $75 for coming to my house.
All other companies have free quotes, have better services.
Again stay away from this company!!!

Horrible company to deal with. Take forever to get back to you, lose your file, and then pretend like nothing is wrong. Took over 3 years to get insurance repairs done. Subcontractors had nothing nice to say about them. Subcontractor work was sometimes really good, sometimes really bad. Urban Siding made no effort to fix issues and insinuated that improper work that had been done by their people, was actually done by homeowner. All of the positive reviews for this company are written by employees and family of employees.
