J&D Foundation and Masonry Repair

We've had need of parging and concrete repair for a number of years and I was worried about deterioration. The guys came out and checked out our issues (during a pandemic times) and looked over the whole foundation, noted the problems and gave me a quote all really quickly. The had us scheduled faster than I expected and game out and started working --- took about half a day to get it all done, and they even found ways to move our 400 lb stone steps so they could do a proper job of the repair behind them. Fixed the garage divider that was really falling apart and did a really thorough job everywhere around the house (not pictured) that also needed fixing. They even took a packer and sanded and packed my bumpy driveway which was an added bonus. As you can see from the photos, the difference is huge. I had gotten quotes for $700 (sketchy) and $3600 (wth?) so this was right where I expected it to be and the guys were super friendly and knowledgable. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They went over and above to find the same brick and accommodated our tight schedule. Looks amazing and the cleanup was like they weren’t even here. Business card made our frig.

We are in the middle of the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic and the company was willing to drive more than 1/2 an hour out to our remote cottage location to inspect a foundation job I had called them for.

The entire experience was great, they stayed in constant phone contact providing updates on when they would arrive. Once they arrived the guys were friendly and polite, seemed incredibly knowledgeable, and were able to coach me on how I would be able to solve the issue I was facing cheaply and easily myself.

They charged me $0 for the trip out and advice they provided and seemed genuinely interested in helping me out more than simply lining up another job for themselves to get paid.

I needed a foundation crack repaired for an insurance underwriting. J&D did an excellent job of sealing the crack externally with a waterproofing membrane. They got the job done in an afternoon! Something that would have taken me at least a week to do. They also kept the job site clean and restored my pavers compensating for the settling which will occur over time. Overall an excellent job - I would highly recommend J & D Foundation and Masonry Repair.

I quoted three companies got my foundation crack but inside and outside methods, J&D not only had the best prices but they were highly trained and equipped to do the inside methodology which was at least 1/3 cheaper. They sent a video of how it was going to extract both water out of the concreate and fill the crack. It comes with a ten year guarantee. The day they did the work, they were highly professional and it was very quite. I would recommend them to anyone in need of these type of services, I would say the best in the area.

We are a home builder that needed an urgent repair, I found J&D online and was so glad I did! They replied promptly after I reached out, quickly completed the repair, reasonably priced, but most importantly quality workmanship! Our homeowner was happy, and so were we.
