Before my wife and I started the renovation on our master ensuite bathroom we interviewed a variety of different companies. By chance we were introduced to TMDC Group and we are super happy that we decided to work with them. Amir and his professional, personable crew did a fantastic job on a major renovation of our townhouse adding a new deck to back the house (ground and second floor), a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finishing up the laundry room and adding pot lights to the entire house. They are an incredibly hardworking team and committed to getting the work done on time and on budget.

We were very pleased with the final product. Amir was very responsive replying to texts and good at problem solving any glitches. He stayed true to the timeline and quote. The tilers did a superb job. I might have wanted the demolition guys to be a bit cleaner regarding the mess they made but overall we have no complaints.

TMDC Group recently finished a substantial kitchen and living room renovation project. Amir, the project manager did a great job at organizing and coordinating multiple contractors and resolving any issues that arose, while being transparent with timing and costs along the way. Ultimately we're really pleased with the end result and would recommend!

So happy with how my main floor and second floor renovation turned out. TMDC group People, especially Niloofar and Amir were absolutely amazing the whole way through.
We had got something like 10-12 quotes from different general contractors, and ended up with TMDC because of their professionalism, good reviews, detailed quotes, timeline and friendly employees. They were not the cheapest, but also not the priciest. You definitely get what you pay for. They are offering you based on your budget.
All the trades that came through, tiler, floor installer, painter, fireplace stone installer, electrician, etc, were incredibly friendly and professional and made the work look easy
In the time that TMDC was working on my town house, they almost always cleaned up, took out the garbage, and let us know timelines as what trade was coming when. They were very careful putting down floor protection.
I would highly recommend TMDC GROUP People for their services, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

My basement room was 300+ sq ft and looked more like a 1960's rec room. Tavanmadar company removed the paneling and acoustic ceiling and replaced both with dry wall. The lighting was replaced by 18 LED pot lights.
The workers showed up on time and were polite. They listened to what my requirements were.
I would have liked to have the area swept clean each evening and I would have preferred a little less damage to the outside hallway. Both items have since been corrected

Extremely happy with the services provided for my kitchen redesign. The process from the quote to the politeness of the team was excellent. It is important you feel comfortable with contractors in your home for an extended perior of time. They always message when coming or leaving, cleaned up each day and most importantly took pride in the quality of their work. The quote they provided was the final price I paid.
