From the very start Barry was great to work with. He was straight forward with his product and there were no sale tactics or gimmicks. Explained why his product was superior and when I did my research it exactly matched what he said. The workers were great, and communication from the whole team was amazing. If there was a weather delay they messaged immediately. Everything was cleaned up and the roof looks amazing. In the long run this product is worth it and I will provide a updated review in three years. Can’t wait to see how it upholds to those lovely southern Ontario weather.

Needed to replace asphalt shingles so decided to check out having a metal roof installed on a few websites. Home Shield promptly responded to my request for more information and provided a preliminary quote. They came over within a couple of days to give a firm quote. When bad weather delayed the installation they communicated with updates. Steve went out of his way to make sure that he found a replacement skylight that they replaced at the same time. My criteria is "no surprises" and that is what I got. The install was done in one day and I'm happy with the results.

The product arrived on site quickly and although the weather wasn’t overly co-operative, the roof was completed in a timely manner. The roof looks great and I now have peace of mind that I’m not going to lose shingles every time there’s high winds!
