Had a leak in chimney area of my roof. EMR (Andre) responded promptly, reviewed the potential areas of damage on the roof and eaves, and prepared a quote. He was honest and trustworthy, and did not try to rip me off like others who quoted. We ended up having the eaves cleaned, new downspouts installed/repaired and gutter guards installed. His team did the work efficiently and well, and cleaned up perfectly. I was very pleased with the work and the interaction.

Endri of EMR Reno services and his team were fantastic they replaced my rusted out eaves and damaged soffit in 2 days. The photos show the quality of the workmanship. Thanks again to Endri when I called him at 10 at night because there was a raccoon in the roof. He came pulled out a panel and in an hour the little guy was out.

The EMR team was fantastic from the get go to the final cleanup. Endri, the owner provide three written quotes for three levels of siding and insulation. They did exactly what they said they would and more - without extra fees or charging. Ie he was going to save as much of the evestrough as he could to save me $, but instead had to tear it all off and replace it, at no extra charge. Also, the team worked as late into the night as they could and cleaned up every day. it eas a joy to watch them work when I could and to see what a great set of people Endri has put together. I would recommend them without a dmhesitation. AND when I am ready to replace the siding at the front of my house, I will use them again. Oh, and the siding looks beautiful. Steven.

One of the best companies I've worked with in my 37 years as a property manager! EMR replaced the eaves, soffits, fascia as well as the roof on a 4,000 square foot triplex -- did a superb job in record time, threw in some extras like repairing my chimney, for less than the quotes of two reputable companies for the roof alone. Endri is professional and a pleasure to work with. EMR is starting a roof at another address for me, next week. Can't recommend this company enough!
