I had been searching for over a month for someone to work on a relatively large-scale residential plumbing upgrade. I wannted to replace all of the old copper in my basement with PEX, and install a manifold system to create equalized water pressure throughout my house. Fix Plumbing was able to come in on the same day I contacted them to provide a quote. John was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing, whereas many local plumbers seemed very out of their league when it came to the manifold. His price was competitive with others and so I hired him. He was there two days later, and got the job done in a day. They cleaned up everything, and took the time to ensure I knew how everything would work since it was a big upgrade. Very happy with the results.

John came by to replace a toilet for me. He did excellent work at a great price. Very polite and professional. He cleans up when he is done. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Fix Plumbing was a pure delight to work with: asked me a few questions over the phone, gave me a quote, came to my house, took a look, in and out in under a half hour, at the price he originally quoted me, leaving the washroom clean and fully functional.

During my upgrades, it was noted that my primary water line was defective and we were not able to continue with any of the work. John and his team member were able to fix all plumbing issues meticulously and professionally. This team was competent and patient during unforeseen issues and they went above and beyond to assist in any way they could. The two gentlemen were prompt, followed protocols for covid-19, stayed in touch , and charged me what they had quoted. I would definitely use them again as they paid attention to detailand were knowledgable and TIDY.

John was the first one to reply after I posted my request for work. He was considered professional who looked at the problem and kept my concerns and advised me professionally. My cartridges for both showers needed replacement, he advised me to call the manufacturer and get free parts while he went to multiple stores to hunt for the parts But they were very expensive. Jahne visited my property a few times, I really appreciate that. Once I got my parts ordered out of Amazon, he gladly replace them in time. He he regularly kept me updated, shared pick pictures, and model number information as I needed. I found him very professional to work with and definitely recommend to use his services again.

Set an appointment for the very next day and arrived on time. They had requested pictures and information about the issue in advance so they came with everything necessary to fix it. In and out in less than 30 mins and they even cleaned up after themselves
