This review is a bit overdue, but I just wanted to say how satisfied we are for the shutters and overall customer service. We learned about this company just by searching online, and we're glad that we went with them. Mark contacted us, and drove from Toronto to Brantford to do the consultation, explained the product well and set up the installation.

The installer was also very professional and did a great job, explained how the shutters worked and was very fast. After installation, Mark called again to follow-up to make sure we were satisfied with the shutters.

Overall, happy with the quality of the shutters!

We did extensive research before selecting Ava. We selected Ava shutters over other companies because the material PVC that they provided gives the finish of wood with less maintenance . We were confused between Wood and Vinyl shutters. Then we reached out to Ava and they shared the PVC material used . It’s not like hollow plastic finish that most vinyl shutters have . Also it does not come with overhead maintenance you have on wood and also the cost of wood shutters are higher. The material was the main selling point.Along with it service was great and on time. Price was competitive. We got our entire house done with California shutters and it’s worth it.The staff (Sergei ) was friendly, reliable, and very easy to work with. Amir and Hossein provided good consulting too and was very easy to work with . They are very reliable . We would recommend Ava to everyone .The rooms looks much more modern and bright.
