We looked at several companies to replace our garage door that was damaged in the June 13th hail storm. Since we were getting the door replaced, we decided to get the opener replace too as I've wanted a belt drive for some time now.

Jim was pleasant to work with, prompt, easy to get a hold of and clearly cares about his company and his customers. He uses quality supplies, and did a fantastic job replacing our overhead door and opener.

It's worth noting that we almost went with another company based on their online presence. By this I mean website, membership to BBB and other things which Harris Doors does not have. I expressed this concern to Jim and he was able to appease my fears by talking about his company, his work ethic, and how most of his business comes from word of mouth. I'm very happy with Harris Doors and would recommend them without any hesitation.

Cable broke on my garage door and the door was stuck up 24". When i looked at the door, it was a mess.....broken rollers and hinges, cables rusted. Thought my whole door was going to be replaced. Called Jim and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He replaced the cables and all the rollers and hinges. Took less than an hour and my door runs like new. I will use Jim for all my garage doors repairs. Knows what he is doing.

Our garage door wasn't working properly and was hit or miss for actually opening. Jim responded within 10 minutes of my request for service. He tried to fix it quickly over the phone and when we realized a new opener was needed he was able to get it done the next day. Great service and very responsive.

Jim responded to my service request within minutes of my posting this available work. He completed the project today. I am very happy with his conscientious attitude, and work ethic., and found him entirely trustworthy. When I am ready to have a new garage door installed, I will contact him directly.

We had a noisy garage door opener and it was right below her on suite made a lot of noise woke my wife up whenever I came home late at night or early in the morning because I work nights shows they recommended a belt driven garage door opener and has worked great I would recommend to anybody

The cable on our automatic garage door snapped. We called Harris Doors and they were at our home the same day. Repaired the door quickly and it has been working perfectly ever since. Very polite and professional.
