We were doing renovations on our building when we got a notice from the city saying we needed a permit. We contacted ASR and Anwar visited us very fast and created a design according to our construction ideas within a week. He submitted to the city, and we got the permit. We were happy to work with him, he is very knowledgeable and professional and works in a very timely manner. We will keep ASR in mind for any future projects.

ASR Engineers completed initial plans for my condo renovation some two years ago with very satisfying result. It was a pleasure to work with Anwar and his team and they were very responsive to my needs. Now, upon the end of the renovation, the Toronto Permit Inspection process required additional drawings accompanied with an engineering report to close off the file. As usual, Anwar responded to my call ASAP, responding to the requests by updating the reports to meet the inspectors requirements. Thankfully we have now fulfilled the necessary stipulations and we are finished with the Permit Department. Anwar is indeed an excellent professional and a true gentleman to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Anwar blew us away with this process. He was immediately responsive, friendly, and quick to set up a visit to our home. During the visit, he was courteous of our space, but very thorough. He asked lots of questions, and also answered a ton of mine. The drawings came back a week later, and they were so impressive. Very clear, detailed, and organized. He explained the rationale of the proposed solution, and really made sure we understood it.
