Anwar blew us away with this process. He was immediately responsive, friendly, and quick to set up a visit to our home. During the visit, he was courteous of our space, but very thorough. He asked lots of questions, and also answered a ton of mine. The drawings came back a week later, and they were so impressive. Very clear, detailed, and organized. He explained the rationale of the proposed solution, and really made sure we understood it.

We had issues with the City, that encompassed a number of problems. ASR arranged to have the appropriate people get the work done, provided the drawings and helped with ongoing issues with the City until resolution. Very helpful to have them!!

Needed to get professional engineered drawings to turn my basement into a legal separate unit. Got my permit finally thanks to Anwar and Venice.

I hired Anwar for the drawings and permit application of a side basement walkout entrance. There were some concerns of the city not approving the applications due to the lack of property documentation of the property line. Other contractors suggested to pay for a land survey completed. However, Anwar was able to deliver on the permit approval without going through additional work. In the end, very happy with the result!

- Engineering structural drawings (including load bearing wall removal) and City permit application support
- Plumbing drawings (turns out the City did not need this)
- Site construction inspection and report when the City asked for it

ASR Engineers Inc provided a very high quality result for our bath remodel project. They were easy to communicate with, providing input when needed while still adhering to our rather detailed vision. Once started all work proceeded steadily and without delay. Marble tile work was precise. Plumbing, electrical and glass fixtures look great and function perfectly. Work areas were kept neat and adjacent rooms well protected throughout construction. Cost was very reasonable.
