Very well satisfied with their performance. Considering they had to use stairs to the 3rd floor apartment and walk down hall to other end. Really enjoyed working with this company.

Professional, timely, sensitive to your needs. More importantly, they were patient when things took a bit longer than planned due to circumstances outside their control. Talking to head office was also a pleasure.

They were careful with everything that was to be moved. They wrapped furniture to ensure it didn't get scratched or marked up. They put mats down on the floor so the floors were protected and the work continued. When it came to placing the load into the storage facility, they knew how to pack it properly and safely. I highly recommend them and will be using them to move my things from storage into my new home.

Very unprofessional!! I booked with these guys over a week ago and ready to move on the day of. I was scheduled for 9am and they said they were on their way which was great. An hour and a half later they didn’t show up, I called several time to see where they were and they said they got pulled over by the MTO which I find very sketchy and odd. They said they will be here another hour, I was like fine we will wait. Then they never showed up, I called again and they said they had to stop in Uxbridge which I was like upset because I have been waiting for these guys since 9 am. Then no one showed up I called again and they said their truck was stuck in a ditch. Several hours later, I called again and was very upset at this point and it was already 5 pm. They told me they can’t come because they were tired and I was so mad that i had trusted these guys to move my furniture the day of and we needed to be out the next morning from the place. Very unprofessional and frustrating that I wasted my whole day waiting For these guy. Be care who you trust because I definitely do not recommend them at all!!
