I have had the worse experience hiring Apollo movers.

They have wasted so much time just by standing around and playing with their phones. Took forever to finish the job and they were the most lazy movers I have ever seen in my life.

They were not helpful and extremely slow. Due to their slow moves— we have to do a lot of work by ourself.

I would not recommend anyone waster their money and hire them.

They took 10 hours to finish the moving which could have been done way quicker.

Very bad service, unreasonable, unresponsive and un respectful. I found this Appolo moving through Google search. Spoke to the owner two weeks ago and sent an estimate for $820. Kept on calling and sending reminders, I explained well about my home structure and belongings. But on the day of moving, they brought 16ft truck and disappointed me. Two international students, age 23 worked, they couldn't work fast and hard. Took an hour to disassemble my son's bed frame. Again they took more than an hour for assembling. They charged $1050.00 above the estimate $820.00. While leaving to my another place, they stopped for fueling and took 20 minutes and added that into my invoice. Again they charged after unloading $600.00 for 3 hours job. From 11 to 5pm, 6 hours $1050.00.

Two bedrooms only had bed frames and dressers. Other rooms had only mattress.

Very important don't even let these people to use washrooms. One of the guys peed all over the seat. Not happened once, twice at both houses.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY DIDN'T WEAR MASK. I HAVE EVIDENCE ON MY CCTV CAMERA.

when I asked for mask, he asked me whether he needed or not. What a world!

Again, after loading half of my stuff, truck was fully loaded, no room for other half of my stuff. They told it will cost me more, which was not my fault. Whoever spoken to me made a mistake. But when I asked for that person, they kept on neglecting and creating new stories. Overall, I wouldn't recommend to many. Please tell them to come and see the belongings and get the estimate.

These people, at the end after brought my stuff, asked me to pay fully before unloading. I was scared and tried my best but paid. They told their boss will send another invoice for left over work. Which they took 3 hours for assembling only. That job was part of their agreement but neglected and overcharged. Again, my other stuff was NOT delivered.

They left my place by 9:30pm, leaving on the driveway my dinning set and office table unassembled. Very unresponsive job and merciless. I'm their neighboring country. Even though, they didn't respect and over greedy people.

I've attached few pictures which they damaged my hardwood, and wall. I told them many times to be careful but didn't. My tenant complained all these damages and I need to repair them. For paint and hardwood fixing cost me a lot. With this moving by this company I met a big damage. I take it as a lesson and will be more careful in the future.

Never ever hire this company.

Apollo team showed up on Monday morning at the specified time and neatly packed our whole place. Next day they came back even ahead of time, loaded everything on the truck and brought it to our new place. All our furniture was nicely wrapped into moving blankets and when we unpacked there was not a single mark to be found. Thanks!

I have used Apollo Moving several times in the past, and they did an outstanding job each time. I sold my house, the closing on my condo got delayed so everything was put into storage, then 6 months later, I had them move me into my condo. Each time, they showed up on time (Early, actually) and wrapped my furniture items, and were very careful with moving everything.

I would highly recommend Apollo team. They arrived on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. They were very careful with the furniture and made sure everything was wrapped up and protected. Can't say enough about them, our move was flawless.

Apollo Moving team worked through efficiently and got the move done quicker than I expected. Before and on a moving day there is plenty of stress to cope with, I can definitely say that they were never one of them. I highly recommend this company.

Apollo team has moved several members of my family over the past few years, most recently, I've had the pleasure of dealing with them twice in the last 8 months. They were very professional, calm and clear spoken from the first moment I spoke with them, but more importantly, they backed up those words with actions to match.

The day of the move, they were on time and worked as quickly as possible given the unusual and unfavorable set up of the building/loading zone. I assisted with mattress bagging and table wrapping to expedite as we had limited elevator access as well. I won’t hesitate to call Apollo for the next move.

Our family has been using this company services for years, though this was my husband and my first time. We would definitely highly recommend them to others and will ourselves use them again, and again, and again!
