Duplex conversions

Newmarket

Shanes Contracting has completed three duplex conversions for my real estate property portfolio since 2020. This company is reliable, on time and puts high integrity behind their work, which is why I have trusted them multiple times with my investments.

Shane is a problem solver and a good communicator which is critical on larger more complex projects. Always money well spent.

Basement Conversion

Basement Renovation review in Peterborough

Shane and his crew converted the basement of our bungalo into a legal second suit. His price was cheaper, by far than all the other quotes we received, and they did a fantastic job. They were on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them.
