I contacted Anton and I could tell from our phone conversation that I'm making the right choice by going with him. He seemed extremely knowledgeable. He was able to accommodate me during my limited conditional period. On the date of inspection, he arrived on time and spent 3 hours with me. He did not rush anything. He was extremely thorough and pointed out every little detail. Afterwards, he spent some time with me to go over the report. Don't look anywhere else. He's the right guy for this job. I know I'll be recommending him to everyone else I know.

I am in process of buying a condo and after seeing 25-30 options and looking at listed prices felt awkward re. potential hidden defects. To make a justifiable counter-offer I decided to call the inspectors recommended by friends. I was verbally shocked with the tools used during the inspection - those reminded me futuristic science fiction movies with laser pointers and infrared screens that measured humidity, temperature, voltage, airflow, etc. It was a condo and the work took just under 90 minutes. As a result I knew all the weak (and strong) points of the residence as well as how to use and maintain various equipment. In just several hours I received full official report with the outcome supported by pictures and useful links. Needless to say, I used it to drop the listing price by $30k. Real value for money!
