Anton was so incredibly thorough with his inspection of my potential new home. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated him going through each part of the house and explaining everything he saw. I would highly recommend him for anyone starting this scary and exciting process!

This was our first-time experience and we were not sure what to expect. Anton took time to introduce us to how inspection is done and addressed each of our numerous questions. Anton made sure we understand each detail, structure, and element of the house inspected, and he explained our options in each case imperfections were discovered. Advance tools Anton used like Infrared imagining scanning through walls, and flying drone taking high resolution photos of hard to reach roof sections have increased our confidence in completeness of the inspection. The entire inspection was very detailed, verifying condition, lifespan and function of each structure, function, and appliance in each room in the house. Anton has provided very detailed report same day, in a couple hours after the inspection. It was very pleasant and positive experience with highly professional specialist. Highly recommended.

Loved that the inspector showed up on time. The inspector was very friendly and very approachable. He spent way enough time to do perfect report and he checked up each and every small things too. Most importantly, he is extremely professional for industrial properties. Further more, his service charge is affordable too when you compare to other industrial building inspectors. I was 15 minutes late to the inspection, and asked Anton to wait for me to get started. He did not rush me, and was extremely patient. Once I got there, he walked me through the inspection process.
