Anton inspect my new home from the builder and he found so many things builder missed and did wrong. Builder gives me tight deadline for my PDI, but Anton accepts my requests, he shows up on time and provide me the electronic inspection report right after he completed the inspection and I submit that PDI report on time. Advance tools Anton used like Infrared imagining scanning through walls, and flying drone taking high resolution photos of hard to reach roof sections have increased our confidence in completeness of the inspection. The entire inspection was very detailed, verifying condition, lifespan and function of each structure, function, and appliance in each room in the house. Anton has provided very detailed report same day, in a couple hours after the inspection. It was very pleasant and positive experience with highly professional specialist. Highly recommended.
