Old wall oven and new dishwasher both stopped worked. Ilya arrived on time, got straight to work. Knew immediately what was wrong with the wall oven but repair parts are no longer available. Ilya also knew immediately what was wrong with the dishwasher installation which was preventing it from working. Taught me how to avoid future problems with specific and helpful instructions.

Would 100% recommend Dr. Appliance to anyone who needs appliance repair. Excellent customer service like this is very appreciated. Receptionist was also very helpful. Great work, very fair price.

Great service. He was able to come the same week we called for service and had the parts in stock. Very professional and friendly, explained everything to me. Will definitely call them back for future service if needed.

Our washing machine stopped working and the door would not unlock. We called a couple other repair shops but they said that they would not be able to get here for a couple of weeks to diagnose and that they likely would not be able to get parts for it for several weeks. We called Doctor Appliance and Ilya was able to get here the same week and he was able to get the parts it needed. Returned the following week, on time, and replaced our washer in no time at all. Very courteous and professional and super friendly, explained everything to me. Overall very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend to others and call him back should we need repair in the future.

Your company and staff are very honest and professional. Rony and the secretary ( I do not recall her name ) was so up to date in calling us in Georgetown- Ontario to update us on the parts arrival and keeping my tenant happy.

Had a Samsung fridge stop cooling, and called Doctor Appliance. He helped me, during covid, to diagnose the issue, run the error codes, and figure out what my next steps needed to be. Compared to other repair services I called, he was responsive, knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision about what to do. Because this ended up being a warranty claim, I wasn't able to choose Doctor Appliance for my final service. But, I would have.
