TSR Pest Control & Wildlife Animal Removal

We have used TSR twice. Years ago for a wasp nest removal and several months ago for mouse extermination. We have affixed their card to our fridge and intend to use their services again if we come to encounter another pest problem in future.

Diligent, professional, honest, thorough... This is how I would describe the service we received from TSR. They checked outside and inside of our house very carefully and made sure there were no hidden problems.

Two other exterminators failed to solve our problem. We got in touch with Sal - he was recommended to us by a friend whose apartment they treated in Toronto. I was not present while they were doing the job but I saw how they prepared our place for the treatment - it was very thorough. We are very pleased about the work done and the outcome.

tsr helped our family on two instances. on the first one, we hired them to eradicate cockroaches in an investment property we own. on the second instance, we sought their assistance with nuisance raccoons living in our backyard, under the deck. both of the jobs went as planned.

We were looking for an experienced pest control person to find out how rodents were getting into our house. TSR promised us they would send an experienced pro. Our interactions with the company were quite positive. It looks like they did a wonderful job. Several month later, our home remains free of rodents.

We called TSR last winter to get rid of mice in our home. Their exterminators are very friendly and professional. Their approach is thorough and effective. TSR provided an excellent pest control service. They provided us with a detailed report after their inspection of the exterior walls and mouse traces/tracks inside our home. We told them we were occasionally hearing scratching noises above our second floor ceiling and they did not hesitate to go into our attic and look for evidence of rodent activity. They offered us help with repairing a few access points to reduce the and we gladly accepted. We have gone close to a year without noticing any mouse signs.

TSR helped us evict a raccoon family out of our house. Raccoons had broken a large piece of wood, destroyed shingles, and entered our attic. We started panicking when we noticed stains appearing on our second-floor ceIling. That's when we got in touch with Sal, who, together with his assistant, removed the animals humanely and professionally.

A squirrel decided to make a home in our roof. I was put in contract with TSR and they arrived within a few hours to patch up and root out our little friend.

We were seeing rats in the basement of our house and chose TSR after consulting a relative who had hired them before. They carefully located all of the entry points for the rodents and closed them off. They also used chemical and physical control methods to exterminate the rodents that were inside our house.
