TSR's technicians are super nice and professional. They handled our raccoon problem brilliantly. The technicians were kind towards the baby raccoons. They made sure the mother raccoon could easily pick up her babies and relocate.

The company provided us with excellent service. The technician who came to our home did a great and thorough job removing squirrels from our attic and patching up the plumbing mat animals had destroyed.

We have been trying to get rid of squirrels for almost two years. Multiple wildlife removers had come to our home but failed to identify how the squirrels were getting into our attic. Sal quickly diagnosed the problem as a red squirrel infestation and informed us that red squirrels require a much smaller access point than the gray and black squirrels. After a careful search Sal identified the entry area and solved our squirrel problem.

Sal promised us a same-day raccoon removal and he delivered the results we needed. We were very pressed for time because of a real estate closing date and Sal’s company proved a great choice.

A large family of raccoons were living under our shed and made an nature area of our backyard unusable. Sal and his team responded quickly to our call and provided a great service.

We contacted TSR this spring for help with a bird infestation in our attic. Sal and his team were efficient and professional. They took out 4 birds out of our attic and repaired a sizeable hole birds had dug on our stucco wall.

I live in Ramara Ontario and had raccoons in our attic. I had two companies came to give estimate to remove raccoon and seal all entry points. First company came walk around the house and gave me an estimate to seal all areas and install a one way door. Charged $100 for estimate/inspection. They had so many excuses before they could come back to do the work. I called a second company which showed up and entered the attic, didn’t see anything and advised not to do anything until the babies if present is old enough to get out with mother. Charged $195.00 for inspection and didn’t give an estimate because he said it’s a process. I then called TSR on a Saturday, they came out on Sunday from 100 km away. They secured all entry points, installed a one way door and inspected the attic. Couldn’t see anything in the attic. Came in the house and used a thermal camera to see behind the walls/ ceiling.
Didn’t see anything. They cleaned up the raccoon dropping from the roof and in the attic then used disinfectant to sanitize area. These guys know their job and did a fantastic job. They took the time to explain what they will do. Their fee was quite reasonable and almost half of what the other companies wanted although their location is in the same area. Sal is exceptionally awesome. Should you have raccoon issues don’t look else where call TSR and you won’t regret.
