During a heavy wind storm our roof cap had come loose and was halfway off. We were afraid that if it came completely off it could do severe damage to other properties and/or people. I looked online for someone that was close and could come ASAP which could be a problem since it was Good Friday/Passover as well.

I came across iRoof Ltd and it already had two 5 star posts so I gave them a call. Eric picked up the phone right away and said he could be at my place in 30 minutes. He arrived in 20 minutes, and completed the work in 30 minutes. Not only did he repair the damaged cap but while up there scanned all of the roof cap and secured other parts. He was polite, clean and professional. Not too mention he was working during the wind storm and it started to lightly rain. Great work!

When we need to replace the roof we will be calling iRoof (Eric).

I had my roof replaced and had to reside an addition. Eric was thorough, explained everything in detail and it looks beautiful. I am actually getting compliments on my roof! More importantly, I feel the parts that you cant see were done thoroughly to ensure no water leaking etc. Thanks Eric.

A sheet on my metal roof came loose and started flapping in the wind. I called a number of other roofers, none were interested in the job. Called Eric and he came out in a couple of days climbed up took pictures and explained to me what needed to be done. He recommended a repair which he said could potentially last me years rather than a replacement. Not many roofers would do that. He did the repairs the same day and took pictures to show me the work. When I do have to replace this roof, the job is Eric's. I won't call anyone else

Eric came asap considering the poor weather. He was on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained to me the issue and the solution. Work was completed in the estimated time Eric left the work area in great shape. I am very happy with the work. I would highly recommend Eric for your roofing needs.

Eric did an excellent job on on the siding project he did for my client. She was very happy with the quality of the product and the installation. Eric communicated well, was always reachable by phone and performed the work with courtesy and professionalism. I have subsequently hired him on other projects including roofing projects.

A few shingles flew of our roof during the last windstorm. We called Eric from iRoof and he came in the same day to repair our roof. He was able to match the color as well . Big thumbs up
