Expert Plumbing & Drains

I called several plumbers for quotes after being unhappy with our original plumber. As it happened Expert Plumbing was able to come at a time convenient to me. Their service was excellent and their price was better than most quotes. Jake was able to replace two faucets in a timely manner. He was pleasant and personable. I think that they are one of the few honest plumbers out there these days and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. The only drawback was that they were a half hour late. I would definitely overlook that based on the level of service I received.

Fast, professional and friendly service. Aaron came by to give me estimate since drain leak was in very tight spot to get into. He sent service guy the next day and repair was done. I was very happy since it was dripping on my kitchen cabinets in basement and others didn't want to touch it considering it was in difficult spot. I also had Jake repair my sink drain due to improper installation and replace my faucet. Very happy with the service and will use them again.

Jacob, the plumber who did the work for us was great. He had to solve a few issues for us. He cleaned up everything and took the trash away with him. The leaking pipe was replaced and new cartridges installed in laundry tub taps. Jacob from Expert Plumbing and Drains was efficient and knowledgeable. The appointment was booked with Aaron, the owner who also was professional and polite. I will certainly recommend this company to family and friends.

I slipped in the tub and damaged the spigot. I called Expert Plumbing, who quickly dispatched a plumber to make the repairs. The young man was very courteous and polite, and made my wife feel comfortable being alone in the house alone. In less than an hour, he finished the job and cleaned up any mess he made. I had one plumber who after looking around my trailer wanted to see the floor drain, which my trailer doesn’t have. Just listening to him talk I asked him to leave as I knew he wasn’t going to be able to handle it. I phoned around looking for another & one guy told me that he was positive it was kitchen grease & my drain pipes would have to be replaced. Being a senior on a very limited pension, I finally called Expert Plumbing & Drains. The resort where I live has used them for many years. The man was very polite & professional. He had a look in the cramped spaces he had to work within & got to work. I watched tv & before I knew it he told me he was done! He was able to unclog the drain from over 30 yrs of built-up grease, (not all mine), with a special flail-type snake which reamed its way over, around & down, blasting through the clog. He also went where no one dares to go— under the trailer to check to make certain things were moving once again. The best part was the final bill which I was able to pay before he left. It was much less than I had expected. This will forever be my "go to" plumber.

I called Expert Plumbing and Drains as I had a question while we were unhooking our dishwasher for removal. Aaron answered the phone and provided the most incredible service I have ever received. He stayed on the phone with us for at least an hour and helped walk us through the process step by step. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. Adam and his team were great. Very punctual and a professional service was provided. Fair price and high quality. Will call them for sure in the future. It was headache free.

Our pipes were making a cracking noise when we used the hot water. Aaron and Marc also found a corroded pipe. Both issues were fixed. They were super responsive, quick to book an appointment, tidy, friendly and professional.

My sewer was blocked. Expert Plumbing arrived the next day. They clearly described their process and kept me informed as to their findings. Technician was friendly, and left the work area clean.
