Had a mystery leak. Aaron had provided great support in locating leak.
I asked for a service call as I was unable to complete myself. Their plumber, Jacob, suggested and fixed other issues while he was here as well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently had our home fully renovated including all new plumbing from the ground up. After completing the job, we noticed serious water hammer in various parts of the home.

Our contractor tried to fix it including cutting 35 access holes into our newly installed and painted drywall. Unfortunately he was unable to find root cause, so he hired another local plumber who advised us to install water arresters on all 25 plumbing fixtures. We didnt really want to go that route as this would also create additional potential for plumbing issues in the future, so we opted for a second opinion.

We then hired Expert Plumbing and Drains. Aaron and Jay arrived on-site within 24 hours. They cut one access hole and within 3.5 hrs had diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be calling Expert Plumbing and Drains the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Mike C was very helpful and friendly. Also very easy to deal with. Jay installed the Main Stop Replacement. He did the job professionally, the job was done perfectly and he cleaned up after the work has been done. He made sure that the everything was working perfectly well before he left. A VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY!

Thorough work. Changed things that were done poorly (that i didnt realize) so that i wouldnt have any more issues in the future.

We moved into our home back in May 2021. Since that time, we suffered from really bad banging pipes that nobody could figure out. Aaron and his team took a systematic approach to not only helping us determine the cause of the banging pipes but then replaced the copper pipes where needed and arranged to have the walls patched and painted to match.

From start to finish he was extremely professional, courteous and was patient enough to come back to our home on several occasions to help trouble shoot the issue. So glad we were able to find him and his crew.

We had plumbers from another company come in and previously do work that was unfinished and duped us. I was nervous hiring another plumber after that.

Jake cam in today to do the repair work. He was friendly and very informative as well as patient and respectful towards my mom who can very hard of hearing. Overall did a great job. Its been a few weeks and we havent had any issues with the work done. Very grateful for the services of Expert plumbing. I would hire them in a heart beat again!
