Following a basement renovation we wanted to create proper drainage in our window well to ensure that our basement investment was protected. During heavy rains prior to Alex's team coming to correct the problem water would accumulate in the window well sometimes 6-8" deep! When I contacted Alex he came by in person to assess the project. He was punctual, professional and informative. Once we agreed to proceed, an approximate turnaround time was given. The work was done by Alex's team ahead of schedule. The team was very professional, polite, neat and did a great job! We had a BIG rainstorm after the job was done and the window well drained extremely "well". The guys did such a good job that I called Alex back right away to fix a foundation crack on the other side of the house. Within a couple days, Alex's team came back and did another great job. Alex was a consumate professional. We discovered mold in our basement and he was there the next day to assess. He gave a very honest and knowledgeable synopsis of the issue and a very fair price. Alex's team fixed the basement leakage that I had very efficiently. They saved me the cost of disconnecting and reconnecting the AC by just moving it on the side, the crew is very nice and very professional. Besides the company offers transferrable lifetime warranty for the fix.
