Professional is an overused word, especially as a claim by contractors that dont necessarily live-up to everything the word means. Professional means for a building contractor, first and foremost, building something that meets a standard of excellence. It also means doing so efficiently and neatly and in a manner that respects the customers existing land and structures and doing all of these things within the promised cost and time to project completion. It is only if you share this meaning of professional that you will understand this review of Decks for Life.
Decks for Life were ultimate professionals. Quite frankly, we were blown away by the excellence of the deck built for us, with the way it was built in exactly the time we were promised (without our even asking for such a promise), exactly on budget, and with a presence that was more a pleasure than an inconvenienceeven though they had to go back and forth through our townhouse to build our deck. None of this yet mentions the time they took in the design stage to understand exactly what we needed and wanted and how they made sure the final design met those needs and wants. My only regret is that I dont have anything else for Decks for Life to build.
