new deck and framing a basement bathroom

Alan does excellent quality work. Estimate was prompt and detailed. Job site was always clean. Professional and extremely helpful with advice on other aspects of the renovation. All communications were prompt and I was kept informed about the progress of the job. Top Island Construction has my trust and they are the first on my list for the next job.

Siding Replacement on one end of house

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Campbell River

House was in shadow, construction took out trees . Sun on siding caused siding to buckle due to poor installation.

Renovations

Campbell River

We had several small renovations completed by Top Island Construction. They did an excellent job very knowledgeable and completed the job on time. I have recommended them to several people already. We are already planning another renovation with Top Island Construction.

Master Bathroom Renovation

Custom roof top deck

Decks review in Campbell River

A friend of mine build a custom coach home with Alan and I got his number he came by looked at my project, a custom rooftop deck overlooking the ocean including stairs railings lighting and electrical ,he got back to me with a quote, I got the permits and he proceeded to do the work perfectly ,exactly as I envisioned ,I’m extremely happy and I would recommend Allen to anyone
