Went to few places to get a quote, all other places I reach out to were so expensive and wait time was 6 weeks, found Hi Five team they were professional and i had my counters done in less then 2 weeks. Job was done right, looks amazing and differently the price was right. Any buddy looking to get their countertops done you must check these guys out you wont be disappointed .

Hi Five understands "customer service", which is the big key to building trust with a contractor. My clattering old bathroom exhaust fan needed upgrading, and I registered my request my HomeStars. Mike responded immediately (and was extremely patient as I dragged my feet during the ensuing weeks). He kept in regular contact via e-mail to confirm dates and timing, remembering the cardinal rule of Never Leave The Customer Hanging. The job itself was theoretically easy; remove the existing unit and simply pop in the new one from inside the bathroom. In reality, it was far from easy, requiring Mike to work inside the aptly named attic crawl space full of blown-in insulation. The fan was eventually installed and tested to my satisfaction. The team was diligent in cleaning up any mess resulting from enlarging the ceiling hole and tracking escaping insulation material. (They're welcome to clean the rest of my house with that same attention to detail!)

Five team replaced my countertops, and did an amazing job with their expertise and professionalism. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with their craftsmanship and quick turn-around. I highly recommend Hi Five team for all your home & kitchen needs. Ken, Thank you so much!

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about my experience with Hi Five team !!! From the moment we met with Hi Five team to work on our home renovations, he was always fast and courteous. His right hand guys are hands down some of the best in the business! We had a whole house completed by his team, and from drywall, paint, cupboards, trim, flooring... there wasnt anything that didnt come out amazing. This was my first encounter/project with High Five Kitchen and Tile. Team Mike installed our basement bathroom exhaust fan & basement kitchen range hood (with exhaust). I could tell that they cared about their client's project even if it's a small work. Mike & his team were very friendly. Cost of the project was reasonable. I just hope the team will have the same work ethics for future projects in our house.

We had Hi Five add a new bathroom fan and kitchen exhaust to our 140 year old house and we were really happy with their work. We lowered our microwave and they added in a filler piece that was a near perfect match with our maple cabinets. My mother-in-law remarked at how well they cleaned up. We ended up extending the work to add 4-5 other jobs around the house and I was really impressed by Mike's flexibility and willingness to make changes on the fly.

We hired Hi Five Kitchen & Tile to install vinyl flooring in my mother's livingroom. My mother has mobility issues and required the floor to be raised also to match the height of the dining room. This was a complicated and intricate project as the existing hardwood floor was not level and even. The team applied great attention to detail by cutting and fitting the plywood and vinyl around the fireplace and radiator. They even included trim around the fireplace and new shoe molding. The new floor looks great! The vinyl colour matches the tile and brightens the room as well as removing the safety hazard for my mother. Plus the squeak is gone! Thank you for the professional job

Total refurbishment and repair of ground floor living area and guest suite. Lighting, painting, carpentry. New windows and door and staircase revival. Painting and drywall and framing repair.
House looks like new now and I could not be happier with how the job was done and the quality of service.
Best general contractor and home repair I could recommend.

Mike is totally committed to quality work. He is also very helpful in giving different options available to handle various situations. I also think he is very good value for the work completed.
